FOCUSED PRACTICE

The Penater Law Firm, LLC specializes in the law of Estates & Trusts.  In keeping with our guiding principal of Intention, the only way to meet our desired standard of legal representation is to direct our energy and resources into these specialty practice areas. Accordingly, our core practice areas are limited to Estate Planning, Trustee Services, and Estate & Trust Administration.  In order to provide a broader range of legal services to our clients, we have affiliated with select law firms which provide legal representation in complimentary areas of law.   

ESTATE PLANNING

Be prepared.  It's good advice.  We prepare a comprehensive Estate Plan for clients, which includes the necessary Estate Planning documents to address each client's specific needs, including Wills, Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, and Business Succession Agreements. 

TRUSTEE SERVICES

We are experienced in serving as a Professional Independent Trustee and have developed a dedicated platform in support of our role as Trustee. Additionally, the Penater Law Firm is able to provide that platform of services to individual and corporate trustees, including Annual Account preparation, Trust Modifications, and Trust Income Tax Returns.

ADMINISTRATION

The death of a loved one is never easy.  Dealing with the complications of transferring assets, probating a Will, administering a Revocable Trust, and generally administering the affairs following a death can be overwhelming.  We offer full-service representation and handle all aspects of the Estate & Trust Administration so that you can focus on healing from your loss.
