The Penater Law Firm is now conducting Remote Signings

The Penater Law Firm, LLC is pleased to announce that we now have the ability to conduct remote executions of Estate Planning Documents as an accommodation to our clients, as determined on a client-by-client basis. We have decided to add this option, where appropriate, to ensure our clients are able to execute their documents in a timely manner without exposing themselves to undue risk during the Covid crisis. We will continue to be flexible in this ever-changing environment to ensure the best service to our clients.
